Brucellosis ek bacterial infection hai jo Brucella naam ki bacteria se hoti hai. Yeh infection bhains, bakri, bheda aur dusre janwron mein hoti hai. Yeh infect insano mein bhi ho sakti hai, lekin yeh kam hi hoti hai.

Symptoms:

Brucellosis ki wajah se hone wali problems:

- Reproductive system mein problem 

- Abortion (garbh girna)

- Infertility (banjhpan)

- Joint pain aur swelling

- Fever aur thakawat

- Swollen lymph nodes

Causes:

Brucellosis ki wajohat:

- Contaminated dudh aur gosht ka istamal 

- Infected janwor ke saath physical contact

- Contaminated environment mein rehana

Prevention:

Brucellosis se bachne ke liye:

- Regular vaccination

- Deekhbhal aur cleanliness

- Infected janwron ko alag kar dena

- Contaminated dudh aur gosht ka istamal na karna

Diagnosis:

-  Blood test

-   Urine test

-  Physical Examination 

Treatment:

-  Antibiotics (Streptomycin, Gentamicin, Oxytetracycline,Enrofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin)

-  Supportive care( rest, fluid therapy, pain mangement)

Yeh medicine aur antibiotics ko sirf veterinarian ki salah se use krna chahiye. Brucellosis ke sahi treatment ke liye Veterinarian se contact krna zarori hai.
